Managed Systems, Inc. Announces $3 Million Funding

NEW YORK, NY -- IT services provider Managed Systems, Inc. announced a $3 million round of venture capital financing.

The company provides a complete outsourced IT department for small and midsized businesses for a per user monthly subscription fee.  Services include computer, VoIP phones, smartphones, printers, servers, networking and Internet connections, all through a standardized service structure.

Greenhill SAVP led the round with $2.5 million of the investment.  The funding proceeds will enable the company to continue on its recent high growth path.
